Jewelry Television, a prominent American network specializing in jewelry sales on-air and online, reaches over 80 million U.S. households through cable, satellite providers, online streaming, and select over-the-air broadcasters.
Project
Seeking to broaden its demographic reach and harness its extensive global network of jewelry manufacturers and boutiques, Jewelry TV appointed me to lead the creation of a new jewelry brand, a network marketplace, and an e-commerce store. Through thorough industry research and user testing, we developed a cohesive design language and consumer brand targeting both customers and jewelry artisans. Every detail and user journey were meticulously crafted for an omnichannel experience, catering to TV browsers, desktops, and mobile devices.
Results
In the two years since its launch, JTV’s marketplace, Jedora.com, has achieved millions in sales, amassed over 120 marketplace stores and brands, and continues to gain market share.
