A smart medical technology team in LA has developed a physical device that adapts to the subject’s oxygen, alcohol, hydration, or sun exposure levels, allowing users to monitor these factors with a simple sticker. We found this innovation fascinating. What made it even more exciting was integrating iOS native augmented reality to monitor, read, and track these readings over time.
Process
We initiated the Discovery phase to comprehend the goals, technology, user behavior, and scope. Using a strategic approach, we formed two agile teams to design and build the MVP application.
Results
Collaborating with their internal staff and scientists, we successfully created a working prototype within a short timeframe and a limited budget. The prototype was designed for testing in small areas and aimed to enhance their business offering as they pursued the next round of funding.
